Pipeline Track to Silver Falls

During winter, I have taken a real liking to bush-walking and exploring the beauty of the tracks on Kunyani (Mt Wellington)

Silver Falls

Along with my love of photographing fungi, I have discovered that lichens and mosses are interesting as they come in a myriad of forms and textures.

A break in the trees revealed a view of the Derwent River way below.

I found a piece of finger knitting tacked onto a wooden pole.

  1. Hi there Deb, am having a delightful time catching up with all your posts. I do love the lichen and moss and those gnarled trees that you find.

I can't keep up with everyone at the moment so am back to being just an occasional visitor of blogs for now. All my good wishes and thank you for your comments on mine :D)
