Mysteries of the Sea

Living by the beach, I get to see many moods of the sea, but on one day last week I woke up to something I had never experienced here. It was a mild, calm, and cloudless morning, when I saw a strange glow coming from the water and it would move around the bay. I had never seen anything like it before and although it looked like sun shining between clouds on the water, there were no clouds. All I can come up with is it was a school of silvery fish swimming near the surface and catching the light.

On the same still morning, when I looked at the beach, the usual lapping of the gentle waves, gave way to really loud crashing, but the sea was calm and nothing to cause huge waves to roll in and there was this strange mist rising from the water's edge. I found it all a bit peculiar
