Ever felt that you don't fit in? I've felt that my entire life, but I now I'm 60ish, I am OK with that. I'm attempting to live a more simple life as I get closer to retirement. I'm now taking time to smell the roses or take some photos of things that appeal to me visually.

An incredible collection of trees Deb. I also love their settings and the skies behind! You've captured many moods of the earth so well. Cheers!
A wonderful collection of tree photos Deb.Thank you for organising the scavenger hunt, it's been fun and I look forward to next month's.
Hi Deb, I can remember buying a poster in the seventies and pinning it up on my bedroom wall..of a tree very much like the one in your bottom photo! I love the knobbly one above it too.
Lovely collection Deb.
Fabulous photos Deb. I am on a road trip at the moment and looking out for some solitary trees that would be good to photograph. (it's keeping the kids occupied also).
Great selection of solitary trees, beautifully photographed. Last year I took a bunch of photos of trees just because I could. I'm hoping I can find them on my computer and post one or two. Thanks for hosting this Scavenger hunt.
Trees are fascinating and make great subjects, don't they. I really like the shapes in photo 9. Thanks for your comments Deb.
These are really beautiful trees Deb. You have captured so many moods in these lovely shots.
Hi Deb. I have just posted my pic of "A Solitary Tree" a couple of days late but I still wanted to take part. I am enjoying this scavenger hunt and seeing others interpretation of the subjects you set.
Jean, thanks for coming again. I like your palm tree as its making me feel warmer than I really am. I tried commenting on your blog 3 times but it didn't want to co-operate.
