| As a alternative lifestyler of the 70's and 80's, John Seymour's book on self sufficiency was my bible. But alas, it was written for the Northern Hemisphere and I was forever having to recalculate to get the seasons correct for under down under (Tasmania). Now I have found a wonderful book which is made just for us, (Aussies that is). It has everything from making a worm farm to butchering your own meat. Will be very handy for my return to the sustainability life when I retire next year. |

Barb, I bought the book from the Social Book Club (they bring books into my school) for $15. Bargain, I think!
ReplyDeleteI have this book on my bookshelf. It's a great book and you definitely found a bargain as Mr E paid nearly $60 for my copy!
